I will ask a series of questions to determine your daily calorie needs and break down the amount of protein, carb and fat you will need in a day. I can break it down even further to 5-6 small meals so you will know the exact amount to eat at each meal.
Meal plans range from basic all the way to 16 week plans. Whatever fits your needs! I will ask you a series of questions to determine what your body needs in a day. I will ask you things like, "age?" "weight?" "goals?" "what food allergies do you have?" etc. From there I will create a plan that will work for you and your needs. It doesn't have to be boring!

When you choose a 4 up to 16 week meal plan you will get updated, revised plans every 2 weeks.
