I have several different options when it comes to meal plans. I try to offer something for everyone and keep them affordable. They start basic and go up to 12 weeks. Basic meal plan (no updates)- you choose how long you follow it. *The following meal plans will have updated plans every 2 weeks to keep things different and also it will keep your metabolism guessing and working in high gear. 4 weeks (1 update at week 2) 6 weeks (update at week 2 & 4) 8 weeks (update at week 2, 4 & 6) 12 week (update at week 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) 16 week (update at week 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14) All meal plans will have 5-6 small meals. Every thing will be easy to prep. You will need a food scale to measure everything as it will all be very precise. All meal plans are created by myself for each individuals goals and needs!
